Jobs Responsibilities: Handling Network and computers problem in corporate Supervising a network 300 Computers on Novell Network 4.11, Win2000 and Win 2003 Server Installation, Backups, maintenance and servicing of computers & peripherals.Servicing of printers (LaserJet,DeskJet & Inkjet). Maintenance of servers & network Installation and administration Anti-virus server and client.Installation of Software and Hardware Devices Data transfer through modem, leased line and RF etc. Installation and configuration of Windows 2000, Windows-2007,2008 and XP. Backup & restoration of SQL databases using DLT Tape DriveKeeping record updated by maintaining different types of files (like call report, hardware list) Dealing with vendors for purchase and repair of computers.Imparting Training to users on various Customize software’s based on Windows 2000 ,Win server 2003 , hardware maintenance and servicing of Printer, Keyboards , Assembling of computer and Other Accessories at existing Location as well as New Location.

Presently: (From Jan. 2005 to till Date )Working with “M/s PACL India Ltd.”(A Company of Pearls Group) at Gopal Das Tower, Connaught Place Company engaged in non-Banking, Finance, Constructions, infrastructure, Spices Products, Magnetic products etc. Having a turnover of Rs. 3000 Crores as An Officer IT (Hardware and Networking ) IT support to multiple offices covering desktop, (wireless Rf wimax lease line), Network and workstation support..Reporting to Dy. General Manager IT. .
