Package owner for the mechanical modification work on receivers, primary mirrors and drive systems in 1X125MW Concentrated Solar Plant on CLFR technology. Replaced 10000 primary mirrors and 300 drive systems at site and made the plant available for generation. Reinstalled 250 RTDs and valve modification done in 35 SSGs for smooth control of feed water.Aligned primary mirrors for 35 solar steam generators. Package in charge for the fabrication and erection of 22000MT of steel structure for Power house building,Boiler Elevator,Pipe rack in 4X300MW thermal power plant. Fabricated and erected 12 Coal bunkers each having weight of 110MT. Installed hoists for mill track and other power house areas. Certified RA bills and done material reconciliation through SAP. Internal auditor for IMS certification.
