 Reporting Commercial Director, India on every commercial aspect. Independently communicating with Trade Management in Head office. Preparing Budget for North & South India with co ordination of Regional managers and setting target for each zone and offices and evaluation the performance on early basis. Preparing and monitoring vessel profile, space utilization and cargo flow sheet as per the requirement of Head office on quarterly basis.  Guiding Sales and Customer service team on new trade development, procedure, new requirement and restrictions enable them to make better sales.  Maintaining feasible reports and sending them to HO whenever required. Updating local Management and Head office on change of Government policies, development of new terminals and competition activities etc. Co coordinating and guiding local and ICD offices on procedures and process. Monitoring on Sales Lead, Fob activities happening smoothly.  Interacting with customers whenever solution is required to formulate smooth routing of their shipments. Attending various meetings & Conference within country & overseas held by Head offices. Visiting ICD offices on regularly.
