Worked on Salesforce platform under Pharma Domain.Profile: Study business processes and requirement. Arranging brainstorming session with customer at their location (Germany, France and Moscow Russia). Build solution design on SFDC landscape and implementation strategy for multiple countries (like Russia, China, Turkey, Poland, Brazil and Switzerland). Demonstration & approval from customer. Effort and cost estimation along with project planning. Support handover planning and execution.  Release management planning and execution using change set and ANT. Guiding Dev team for SFDC solution and best coding practices. Worked for custom solution in SFDC, Veeva and KONY.
