•Configuration of recharge card groups, top ups, balance and validity inquiry in AIR.•Configuration of USSD text messages for balance and validity inquiry in AIR and as EOCN in SDP.•Configuration of Offer/PSO bit on recharge feature in AIR and SDP.• Implementing logic for configuration of different products using dedicated account.•Configuration of recharge card groups, top ups, balance and validity inquiry in AIR. •Interact with customer to understand their requirements and give feasibility for Implementation of the same.•Co-ordination with marketing team for new product launch and configuration.•Working on regular customer complaints and requests (call disputes, Recharge related problems, wrong charging etc.) with in the agreed SLAs.•Voucher coupon generation, state change, purging and all other activity of NGVS. •Handel all off-line activity (Adjustment, package firing, USIP etc.). •Handel all type of IN complain.•Health checkup of SDP, AIR, OCC, NGVS, IVR and VAS.. Certifications in Linux (RHCSA, RHCE).
