Ensure that all the material is booked in the System and Stock is Showing inline with physical Stock in SAP System.• Inventory Management, Scheduling and procurement and Material Planning & Tracking.• Preparation and review of Inventory profile, Age wise, SOB & RM consumption Report.• Floating Fresh or Repeat RFx. Obtaining Quotation and Coordinating in approving RFx.• Negotiating with suppliers for Minor CAPEX and Allot SOB to vendor. Share PO to Vendor & Coordinated with supplier to ensure timely delivery of materials Zero delay.• Raising Request for PO Creation/Amendment, Part Creation/Extension, MRP Parameter Updation and Removing A7 indicator.• Resolving development, Quality, safety, vendor Payment related & vendor related issues.• Maintaining Safety Stock at line and Store to avoid line stoppages Situation.• Mange the flow of goods, data and finance related products or service.• Making Strategical plans for inventory reduction and Cost Saving.• Creating PR & PO and Updating schedule Qty in PO.
