I am an Enrollment professional with twenty-five years of experience. I help educational institutions increase their student body for admission and retention through to graduation. My last position saw me help a new online training institution achieve an increase in revenue at 1,200+ percent, from $50,880 to $636,000 with a tuition of $12,720. The position prior to that I had a graduation rate of 86%. As an enrollment coach at RNL I worked with the CEO of a new online training program. The CEO had no experience in the public education arena. He had no federal financial aid and no loan programs in place to help students pay for tuition. I worked with him to find students that could pay cash until financing was available. Once financing was available for those who could qualify for a private loan, I was able to add to the 4, an additional 50 students. As a success coach at RNL, I worked with the National Louis University online education Chicago academics department in student retention and re-entry during the pandemic. I maintained a close relationship with my students.
