Our team is responsible for managing the company's PC and Printer Total Costof Ownership (TCO), including replacement cycle planning, procurement, deployment, support, recovery, and disposal.

PC Technician internship role is responsible for:• Setup and configuration of PC's for use within NCR's enterprise infrastructure• Providing hardware and software support for walk-in internal customers (TechKnow bar)• Utilizing standard global fulllment and support processes• Fullling and supporting ad hoc requests for PC's and peripherals using ServiceNowapplication• Assisting in generating monthly reporting• Complying with documented Service Level Agreement targets• Understanding ITS PC hardware/software requirements to effectively support internal endusers: o Test and diagnosis failures with PC, and liaison with a vendor to repairo Image new/redeployed PC’s for all U.S. new hire remote employeeso Enter all new/redeployed pc service tag information for each asset into database to ensure data integrityo Triage and determine the disposition of recovered PC (disposal or redeploy) • Knowledge of Microsoft Oce products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)• Knowledge of PC hardware/software platforms• Ability to run diagnostics and troubleshoot faulty PC's.Desired skills/Nice to have skills:• Familiarity with Dell Latitude, Optiplex, and Precision line of PC's• Familiarity with Dell Premier Page• Familiarity with Apple MAC computers"
