In my experience, I have focused on addressing a wide range of needs with the children and families whom I have worked, which have been physical, emotional, academic and social in nature. My skills include conducting individualized assessments, counseling children and parents, case coordination, staff management and supervision, program development, utilization review, and providing education on a wide range of topics. I have worked in a variety of settings with people of very diverse backgrounds and have consistently been successful in building relationships, which have been based on empathy and mutual respect. In addition, I have had opportunities to work on various teams, which have included professionals from a wide range of disciplines.
