Inside Salesman
Current- I provide sales and technical support through sales leads. - Multitasking and Strong Communication are an integral part of my position in a fast paced Steel Building Material environment.- I handle new accounts and existing accounts with introduction of new products, which assist in the design and manufacturing of Engineered Steel Buildings and Roofing Systems- Responsible for maintaining Long Standing Contractors and Customers as well as recruiting New Contractors and Customers.-I Create Steel Building and Roofing Designs, which are taken from hand drawn sketches and specifications which allows me to create an actual blue prints then used in the actual design of the project.- Responsible for Informing and advising Contractors and Customers on products and services necessary for generating quotes and providing design specifications and material selections of metal building materials. - Pricing, Proposals and Submittal Generation, Order Write-ups, Order Expediting, Delivery Dates and Service Obligations as well as all sales follow-ups and Closings are some of my other daily responsibilities.- I maintain bid calendars and ensure complete and accurate proposals, which I complete in time for bid deadlines.- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all customer and project files as well as all associated paperwork.- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries or complaints by investigating concerns as well as implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers and staff to insure complete satisfaction of completed job- Maintain contact and follow-up regarding orders, delivery times, and warranty periods as well as processing all returns.
