- Direct handling and preparing Shop drawings for each Project for clients approval- Supervising Draftsman works for each project regarding technical details for approval- Preparing Drawing schedule for each Projects- Direct reporting to the Technical Manager for each projects- Monitoring / Preparing RFI's schedule for each projects- Preparing Door Schedules for each project- Preparing Hardware Schedules for each project- Preparing Joinery shop drawings for clients approval- Revising shop drawings based on comments for Code A approvals- Issuing approved drawings/ items for Production- Submitting AS BUILT Drawings to the client- Attending Site Meetings for Coordination Purposes- Visiting Site for Site dimensions required for shop drawing preparations- Coordinating with Site / Project managers for each projects regarding shop drawings submittals

. Handling set of CADD operators for Project Task on a daily basis.. Scheduling of works as per Project Contract basis. Direct supervisions, check & monitoring of detail shop drawings by assigned draftsman on a project.Ensure to issue correct and approved drawings to Production for manufacturing..Maintain balance working condition , open communication with All Team Leaders to build up close relationship.. Ability to design furniture and provide quick sketch drawings as per clients requirement.. Prepare and submit full set of shop drawings based on IFC drawings for clients approvals..Inspection of site and coordination of the condition prior to submission of shop drawings.. Coordinate with Subies pertaining to MEP, metal wofks and others related trades..Preparation of drawing schedule list based on BOQ and IFC drawings..Preparation of RFI's formats and logs and ensure follow up to respective subies on any design issues. . Distribution of work to all draftsman on a given project.. Attend scheaduled weekly site coordination meeting per project basis.. Travel Abroad coordinate with Project manager in related to overseas projects..Attend Departamental meetings to ensure all drawings are based on company's standard to meets client expectations.. Consistent contribution to the successful completion of the all assignment/ project on specied timeframe.. Regular meeting with the draftsman to implement and maintain high standard formats, details procedure are followed in each projects..Ensure all drawings are based on specipications and proposed details arranged to clients timeframe..Prepare and submit full set of AS BUILT drawings.. Prepare required specification sheet , visual presentation drawing and sample boards. submittal of weekly project schedule list for General Manager and Directors review.
