After more than 20 years of career, I am Vice President of Journalism, Content and Operations at CNN Brasil.I lead the team responsible for all of the company's multiplatform journalistic coverage. There are 18 hours of daily broadcast on television and streaming platforms, in addition to publication on its own digital platforms, such as the website cnnbrasil.com.br, and social networks. Our mission is to maintain the balance, relevance and credibility of CNN's journalism, and provide the public with safe and qualified information.I am also responsible for the strategic construction of hard and soft news content on all CNN platforms, whose flagships are linear programming on TV and streaming platforms, in addition to other digital platforms, where content takes on forms and customized language of consumption habits.I am also responsible for the areas of linear programming, internal and external content production operations, new projects, creative services and cross-media communication.As vice president, I act as a manager, aiming at information security and credibility, team efficiency and performance, cost and results management. I have extensive experience in assembling, leading and motivating teams in different areas and facing the most diverse challenges.My background is as a journalist, and the path I have followed so far, since the beginning of my career, through the different roles I have performed, has included research, production, editing, formatting and direction of various audiovisual products.
