Phase 1 comes in at just over USD $1 billion and include hotel brands operated by Hong Kong’s Rosewood Hotel Group, Hoiana Residences, a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, authentic Asian restaurants and the Hoiana Casino.I managed a team of specialists, consultants, and contractors to deliver resort wide, enterprise grade solutions, and managed significant IT projects and budgets over a 5-year period. We applied IT frameworks, ISO standards, and other best practices to achieve enhanced efficiencies, quality outputs, ensuring that the projects are delivered in time and within budget.Some of the notable achievements during my tenure include:Oversight of critical server room consolidation initiatives and strategic planning of IT technologies in partnership with all relevant parties and decision-makers.Synergizing with operators on shared IT services, managing enterprise resort-wide infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, consolidated IT purchasing for common items to gain price point advantages, and enterprise ERP and CRM.Proven track record of savings on project investments and future operational expenses was secured by value engineering.We successfully managed the COVID-19 challenges, aligning with the business plans, critical paths, and key milestones, with limited resources to support pre-opening and opening activities.Managed a team of highly skilled IT professionals, prioritizing their well-being and fostering a work environment that encourages, ownership, ingenuity and teamwork.

I was a key member of the IT management team that was responsible for the strategic management, operations management and protection of all IT assets, systems and networks for the Casino, Hotel, Entertainment and Theme Park resort.Gold Reef City Casino, Theme Park & Hotel. I was involved in the resort preopening, opening and management of IT Infrastructure, including IT Security, IT Risk and IT Compliance. I implemented "Best Practices for Information Technology Governance"​,with a holistic view to secure and manage the corporate IT environment. I worked with various skilled teams and individuals, to comply with ISO/IEC 27000 series, ITIL framework - ITSM, Change Management/ Quality Assurance, PCI DSS and legislative requirements.
