I am passionate about being part of a management team to develop goals, strategies and marketing through grassroots outreach. I believe it is important to be fully involved in all areas of the Industry, front of the house operations as well as BOH. What happens in the dining room is a huge part of how my cuisine concept is prepared and presented. I thrive in a supportive environment with established freedom & consideration for all. I have extensive food knowledge and cooking experience. ~ "The kitchen is my wonderland " I am currently attending College to further my knowledge base while keeping in constant contact with new people, idea and concepts in the Industry.
