-Partnered with Dr. Stephanie Forrest to expedite her delivery of effective and efficient pediatric patient care so that she may treat ~26 patients per day-Utilized EPIC Systems software to document accurate and pertinent information for each patient's electronic medical record including patient history, exam findings, and diagnostic test results-Directly managed a team of 6 scribes. Responsibilities included: organizing provider assignments, setting schedules, training new employees, and managing team goals.-Spearheaded the implementation of video visits and telehealth to streamline appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic

-Maintained and oversaw the personal wellbeing of 7 campers including constant monitoring of their Type I Diabetes through blood glucose checks and insulin dosing-Interacted with 285 campers aged 8-16 and mediated discussions to foster independence and self-confidence

-Spent 120+ hours participating in region-wide health administration meetings where we utilized epidemiological concepts to update the policies that govern the North Carolina health system-Volunteered at Southside United Health Clinic and Baptist Hospital under Dr. Richard Lord to better understand the role of Medicaid and Medicare programs in Winston-Salem healthcare

-Acted as a liaison within the judicial system of Wake Forest University between accused students, conduct staff, and the Honors and Ethics Council -Assigned appropriate advisors for 200+ cases each semester while maintaining each students’ trust and confidentiality

-Supervised the organization of meetings and daily tasks for 11 administrators in the Dean of Students suite-Scheduled and dealt with student conduct cases with the highest level of discretion-Planned and orchestrated many events that improved the moods of students and fostered a sense of belonging in our building and across campus.

-Created and implemented spirit programming designed to keep sisterhood and moral high in our chapter of 215 women-Coordinated philanthropy events sponsoring the Ronald McDonald House of Winston-Salem to raise $30K+ each year
