Led a team of 13 Office Administrators supporting 16 offices and 2000 employees with direct responsibility for a 200-member global secretarial team. Directed the Global Office Administrator team in overcoming the unprecedented challenges presented to global office operations by the COVID-19 pandemic. Managed multi-million dollar/year relationship with vendor providing onsite and offsite business support services in areas of document production, records management, and legal administrative support.  Oversight of 200-person global secretarial team, including performance management, utilization, training, and engagement. Instituted offsite administrative support for junior associates at a significant savings to the firm and allowing onsite secretaries to focus on senior attorneys.  Developed a cost-neutral solution for providing administrative support to fully remote attorney population in the U.S.  Partnered with firm management and the Office Administrator team to analyze office capacity and space utilization issues and implemented creative solutions. Collaborated with the Engagement Team on engagement initiatives for the Global Operations Team as well as for all fully remote employees. Led a cross-departmental team in the analysis of firm’s information governance and records management policies and procedures and drafted proposals for modernizing.

Managed employee life cycle of Litigation attorneys, including work allocation, performance management, professional development, on-boarding, engagement and provision of feedback.  Supervised a team of five Attorney Development Mangers in allocating work and managing professional development for a 300-attorney Litigation Department. Developed a program requiring non-equity Litigation Partners to create and execute upon business development plans. Drafted performance review forms, professional development frameworks, and evaluation procedures for both associates and non-equity Partners.  Played a key role in annual associate and non-equity partner evaluation and partnership-elevation processes. Selected and trained partners on feedback delivery techniques.  Created and managed an associate mentoring program. Partnered with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Professional Development teams on recruiting, training and developing legal talent. Worked with Learning and Professional Development Team on formalizing associate and professional staff onboarding procedures. Managed an in-house associate coaching program. Collaborated with Diversity & Inclusion team in support of diverse attorneys.Analyzed results of attorney engagement survey and devised initiatives to address concerns. Worked with vendor to create and roll out a partner and counsel upward feedback survey, analyzed results, and presented to firm and practice area leaders.
