I helped co-create Tequila Avión Reserva Cristalino from the ground up, including creating all initial flavor profile ideas and concepts for the tequila, then working in Arandas, Mexico, directly with the distillery team to create the top profiles we landed on and hone the nose, palate and finish of the product through dozens of blends. After blind test marketing was completed and the tequila went into production, worked through honing food pairings and taste profile of the product.I have been part of product development, messaging, editing, leading tastings and media presentations around the product. I am continuing to work with the House of Tequila team in Mexico City on further projects and future possibilities.
