As Deputy Director, I guide the daily operations of the Association and its staff, contributing to the overall strategic direction of MACo regarding services and resources. I continue to lead the Member Services team by coordinating events and educational opportunities, overall communications, marketing, outreach, information-sharing, and partnership plans, and maintain direct management of all facets of conferences and events for the Association. As Member Services Director, I helped the Association meet our members' educational, communication, and partnership needs. I served as the event and conference planner, coordinating all logistics, content, and marketing functions. I also served as team lead in our overall communications efforts, and in the development of organizational relationships that can provide resources for Maryland's county jurisdictions.
