I acted as the voice of Sleep On Latex when communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat through providing knowledgeable answers to technical questions about our products and assisting customers in choosing the best products to fit their needs. Additionally, I processed customer orders, while both building and maintaining customer relationships. Moreover, I communicated with our shipping and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction and accommodate special requests, in addition to coordinating with shipping partners to resolve delivery issues and set up return pickups.

I was responsible for cold-calling participants' guardians to schedule appointments, prepping data sheets, conducting experiments, and completing both data entry & coding for experiments. Additionally, it was paramount that I build and foster positive relationships with the children and their guardians so as to assure that they assisted in our future studies.

In a fast-paced and pressured environment, I was able to develop critical customer service skills and administrative skills.
