parents@work is a peer coaching program for working parents. Our purpose is to support and empower working parents, and in doing so, we embed coaching in organisations, normalise being your real self at work, and contribute towards a family friendly workplace.

YEPP Europe coordinates, develops and supports the YEPP Community Network of local sites and project partners in 14 countries and over 100 communities in Europe.
