We act as the hall government as well as the Student Activities Board for residential students. Our main purpose is to serve residents by determining which activities will best benefit our diverse population and how those activities will be structured. We also manage the Free Store! We work closely with RAs and NRHH to provide tons of social opportunities every year ranging from ice cream socials to full-out freshman orientation programs. The GO participates in regional and national NACURH conferences. The goal is to share and learn from other hall governments.

The WRC is a center on campus that provides free menstruation products, pregnancy tests, and condoms, as well as houses a vast lending library of books, zines, and DVDs available to all. Our office strives to be a safe place to get information and connect to campus and community services. The WRC group is a student group that welcomes all womyn and their allies. Our mission is to meet the needs of womyn on campus by providing resources, hosting events, and creating a safe place for our members to express themselves and empower one another.

NYC YouthCorps programs combine education, job skill training with outdoor adventure for ages 16 to 19. Under staff supervision, youth crew members work on conservation, reforestation, and recreation projects, and learn valuable lessons of teamwork and responsibility. Crews camp in the field for several weeks, traveling from project to project.Youth gain a sense of pride that comes with hard work and a job well done.Through education, youth learn to respect and protect the environment in which they live.
