My early career work began with Fortune 200 industrial companies in marketing and account management. Seeking more flexibility and control over my work hours, I moved to practice management, improving the cash flow by 25% and maintaining well over 95% efficiency. This lead me to acquire an in-depth understanding of the health care system prior to the development of HMOs, Managed Care and ultimately the Affordable Care Act for managing benefits costs while attempting to deliver health care benefits. Healthcare access, affordably, still continues to be a progressively challenging process. Ever since, I have been engaged in tracking and understanding the ever changing health care environment. After acquiring my Life Health and Accident License in 2007, and having invested significant time training in employee benefits and human resources, including working within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO/Employee Leasing) industry, and getting involved in the life insurance and benefits side of insurance, that there was a great need for businesses and individuals to manage health costs long term. Currently, my work with an agency in Indianapolis allows me to help companies in the midwest markets attain solutions through our excellent resources and our superb third party administrator (TPA) health care solution. Having worked over the years with various facets of the insurance industry, including a leading company offering voluntary benefits, lead me to a premier company offering the most exciting opportunity yet for what they can do for individuals, families, and business owners for planning and financial security from every angle. I have combined several concepts that have allowed the unique approach using solid and sound financial principles, including the highest level of available technology and Austrian Economics, for a rock solid approach that is quantifiable and measurable in the final analysis.
