This ultimately has landed me in Product at Capital One - focusing on both how to establish the right platform to enable growth and scalability as well as delivering servicing experiences for our customers that delight and unlock value. Curiosity and whys unlock getting to the root of a problem. The root of what an engineer needs to deliver quality code fast, the root of what a customer needs in a servicing moment that matters, the root of how to empower product managers to discover and deliver. Curiosity drives what I do. The next step of learning and empowering always comes when one asks why.
