CurrentGeneral Office Services experience - stocking supplies, etc.Mail & package experience - uses PS TrackHospitality and meeting setups - coffee, lunch, platesIncludes taking care of common areas, cafés, conference and huddle roomsOrdering breakroom and conference room suppliesGreeting & Escorting visitors within the new buildingDaily breakroom and conference room checks, including maintenanceOther light admin duties, assisting the team and facility manager with operations. Serving as a backup for receptionCross-trained and able to support other Office Services functions
