Formerly a professional tour leader and Emergency team problem solver, since 2014 I am the co-founder of FDC Services, an international delivery company, leader in Italy for Iqos /Philip Morris products delivery joint venture.My personal experiences imply trips and jobs all around the world, as I speak a few languages.My career is related with tourism, languages and teaching, that I carry on as a freelancer: tour leader for English speaking clients; tour organizer for Japanese clients, wedding planner, honey-moon planner; organizer for summer language courses abroad, Italian and English language teacher, interpreter and translator.I worked in Japan for more than 2 years, mainly as a project manager translator and proof-reader of the fashion related newsletter issued by the Italian Trade Commission in Tokyo, but also as Italian language teacher.Working in a delivery company during the last years, I have improved HR management and administration skills.Becoming a mother has made me more aware of the environment, a full body & mind health researcher that brought me to insight alternative medicine and food/water better attitudes, not willing to compromise with the deny of freedom for kids, willing for a better world for the future generations.Being the first of three children’s family I have a natural problem solving and costumer care attitude, plus a good temper, empathy and a smiling face, improved with the job-related experiences.Specialties: Tour leading, organizer, emergency situations problem solver, knowledge of shipping systems and regulations.
