CurrentVirginia Russell is President of RussellConsulting, a company that offers training, coaching, and organization development services to a wide variety of organizations including Fortune 500 corporations, financial and law firms, as well as non-profits. Clients worked with include: The New York Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Colgate Palmolive, Weil Gotshal & Manges, Ropes & Gray, LeBoeuf Lamb & MaCrae, Chadbourne & Parke, Shearman & Sterling, American Cancer Society, New York Weil Cornell Medical Center, Hedgeop Compliance, New York City Transit. She also spent three years as an external coach at JPMorgan Chase in their Career Services Center. Ms. Russell personally coaches women at various organizations in Leadership, Managerial, Communications, Interpersonal, Emotional Intelligence, Political Savvy, Teambuilding, Professional Presence, Change Management etc. – skills critical to the success of women today. She developed the "7 Critical Relationships That Make or Break a Woman's Career" program.She has completed Board Leadership Training at the Junior League and Interim Executive Director training at the Support Center for Non-profits. She served in the past on the board of Barnard's Business and Professional Women's Association. She also was an adjunct professor in the Professional Development Division of Baruch College and a volunteer consultant for the Friends of the Children of Cambodia non-profit organization and the Orphans' Futures Alliance.
