About Virginia Sharp March

When I was a Library Leader for 25 years, I thought being a nice leader was the way to go. While it worked most of the time, it made it troublesome for me to handle “ DIFFICULT” conversations. I thought I had to be on the ground all the time to effectively lead the team when I managed 3 libraries at once.Being a nice leader isn’t the same as being direct or kind. You’ve attended 10’s of webinars, listened to podcasts, and read books on “ HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER” but you hit a brick wall when implementing those action steps you noted.🚩 You find it hard to share control by delegating tasks leaving you stretched-thin🚩 You think when you oversee every little detail it will improve team efficiency and things will get done🚩 You worry about being the bad guy when you need to let go of someone who is dragging the team down“ People quit bad bosses/ Leaders” is a sentence you don’t want your name attached to it.You want to be a good leader but:❌ You don't want to sacrifice your sanity in the process❌ You don’t want to rely on a copy-paste strategy that worked for someone else that isn’t tailored to your energy, capacity, strengths and You overall❌You don’t want to regret accepting your position due to how overwhelmed you’ve become and how overworked you are.The resources and support system I wish I had during my leadership experience is what pushed me into coaching people who are in the same shoes as I was. With my coaching services and with me in your corner:✅ You are equipped with steps that will help you achieve the work-life balance you’ve been dreaming off✅ Understand your leadership style better so no more relying on copy-paste strategies that are draining✅ You get steps you can take to improve team morale and strengthen your team✅ Create an environment where you are respected as a leader ✅ Learn to navigate conflicts within your team, removing the stress on who can help you navigate it since you are looked up as a mediatorI have services that cater to your needs as a leader or for your team. ✅ DISC Personality Assessment with a strategy session, $250✅ Team Assessments with half-day Group Debrief/DISC Workshop, $3000 plus $50 per assessment✅ One Time Strategy Session, $250 per hour✅ Lantern Leadership Coaching, 90-day program, 12 weekly sessions, $2400 ( $800 per month for 3 months)✅ Leadership Game Experience, $1,000 for 2-hour programBook a consultation call through the link on my bio if you are ready to become the leader you envisioned and deserve to be.Feel free to also DM me.
