I am a corporate and MA lawyer qualified to practice in Spain and in France, with broad experience of working in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries (both Spain and Latin America). Apart from French, which is my mother tongue, I am fluent (both spoken and written) in English and Spanish. I have a basic knowledge of Portuguese.My professional experience has always been international, since my first position as a junior lawyer at the Paris office of Debevoise & Plimpton to my current one, as a partner at M&B Abogados in Barcelona. In the meantime, I have contributed to the development of CMS -Bureau Francis Lefebvre Buenos Aires office, and to the creation of CMS -Bureau Francis Lefebvre Brazil office.For over six years, I was part of Cuatrecasas French desk. I have actively participated in the development of the Cuatrecasas French law practice, and I have divided my time between Paris, Madrid and Barcelona. I have also advised many French companies on corporate Spanish law, as well as in MA transactions. I have joined MB Abogados since july 2009, as the head of the franco-spanish department, in charge of advising transfrontiers operations, and of monitoring disputes between French and Spanish companies.I have a broad experience in leading MA teams and am able to monitor advise on all aspects of international transactions. I have also carried out company restructurings, drafted contractual distribution mechanisms and handled negotiations of disputes between partners and/or shareholders.My goal is to continue developing my expertise in comercial French and Spanish law, and to become one of the key reference lawyers for both French companies in their Spanish matters, and Spanish companies in the development of their French Businesses.
