Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors. Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecastsQuality Assurance (ISO 9001:2015):Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. Assign tasks and delegate tasks to personnel. Set expectation of personnel and communicate desired performance levels. Ensure quality policy is communicated within the organization and quality objectives are established for the QMS.
