TA / Shutdown Planner

 Planning, Coordinating and executing PM, CM, Shutdown, Turnaround and O&M activities in refinery. Weekly, Monthly maintenance planning in SAP with material planning. Having good exposure in SAP PM and Keeping track of SAP generated reports related to Maintenance Activities. Create, Approve, Plan, Schedule, and Release notifications and work orders and Planned according to priorities wise and ensure completion of job within time period also reschedule job within weekly schedule and provide timely feedback to end user. Responsible for material identification, material review, compilation, resources and manpower requirement, work pack preparation for Shutdown turnaround Jobs with standard maintenance procedure. Preparing schedule in primavera P6 for shutdown activities by accounting different tools like calendar, WBS, OBS, resources, leveling tracking and updating real time data from filed and representing it on mechanical dashboard for management. Analyses trend on Primavera P6 and highlights potential impacts of engineering & Project changes so that timely intervention can be implemented to project team targets. Preparing job planning in proper sequence of execution with resources including available Man Hrs., Size of crew doing the job, available material, Tools, Equipment required for service, job site condition review and special requirements for achieving job completion in a timely manner. Equipment Material planning for yearlong and maintain the inventory- raising the PR, coordination with Vendor and PSCM & Finance department etc. Creation of VOWD for all discipline and hand over to finance team for budget booking. Creation of Call out PO’s against contract services/material and follow up with vendor’s intimations for timely deliverer service or material. Provide Maintenance Support to the Field Operations to Manage Asset Operations to Ensure the Set Production Target are Meet & Safeguard Technical Integrity with all safety standards.

 Experience in Foundation inspection, Equipment erection, Equipment leveling and alignment and Grouting and Piping, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning activity. Experience in Carrying out Machinery and Condition monitoring for Vibration measurement, Vibration analysis, Trouble shooting of various problems in the industrial rotating machinery, Root cause analysis of vibration Problems. Expertise in Laser Alignment for aligning pumps, compressors & all rotating equipment. Planning, monitoring & coordinating with Project group for the erection, pre-commissioning,commissioning activities of the Plant. Understanding of various P & IDs, data sheets, general arrangement of various equipment’s, layoutdrawings, piping Drawing etc. Preventive, predictive and overhauling maintenance of rotary and Static equipment like differenttypes of Process and Utility centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum pump, compressors, Distillation towers,Vacuum Column, Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Valves, blowers/fans, reactor, Gear Boxes, Agitators,Mechanical Seals, etc. Generate, maintain, and update proper documents and records to comply with statutoryrequirements. Preparation of codification for commissioning spares and SMP of equipment for overall plant, Preventive and LLF checklist. Knowledge of SAP MM and PM System. Completed various safety training for confined space entry, work at height, work in excavation,Safety during construction, Safety in various Toxic gases etc. Inspection of various critical spares and equipment in line with technical requirements andpreservation activities at site and ware house. Taking care of entire plant and machinery maintenance preparation daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly, half yearly and Annual CM & PM, Shutdown, Breakdown schedule. Carry out the Pre commissioning activities for Mechanical completion.( Dashboard Updating,Equipment Master Updating, Equipment Preservation, Lube oil Flushing, PSSR of Various GasificationEquipment.
