TravelTriangle is one of the biggest players in the holiday package industry in INDIA. When I joined it was my responsibility to give a fresh feel to the product & create a better design culture. Following things, I am doing as a designer:1) Created a design culture in the company & within the cross-team.2) Managing team & planning sprints for the team3) For better collaboration & consistency within the team. We created our Style-Guide & better folder structure.4) Single handle revamps the desktop with new guidelines, icons style & illustrations.4) Call other companies designers to give their learning to our designers & other teams.5) Define processes from the design team folder structure to introducing new software.Following are the products that I'd worked on at TravelTriangle:1) Marketing Pages revamp: Increase marketing pages v2l from 8% to 16%.2) Mobile Lead Form: ~200 bps improvement in the form-fill rate on mobile (increased from 30% to 32%)3) Quote Created Email RevampApprox 20% change in click-through rate
