Virna is a highly skilled and accomplished Project Manager and Program Manager in the construction and alternative energy solutions field. She has worked with the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, DCAS in New York City, Energy Savings Plus, CACLV, and Honeywell. Virna works with city agencies and contractors with oversight for major construction jobs and energy conservation initiatives, with a budget of $70 million to over $200 million. Virna’s involvement starts with the initial project scope, to monitoring work in progress and final implementation. She uses key metrics to track projects in real-time, taking a proactive versus reactive response to risks and opportunities. Virna oversees and manages RFPs, ECMS, update of online tracking system, database updates, status reports, and inspection reports. She builds collaborative working partnerships with all relevant stakeholders and keeps all parties focused and on-target at all times. She serves as a catalyst for positive change, transformation management, and continuous quality improvement.
