I manage a team that develops program curricula and synchronous and asynchronous staff training utilizing learning management system (LMS) technology at a non-profit that facilitates the college access and success of 20,000+ students annually via near-peer mentorship. I also manage distinct resource libraries for each of LGR's pre and post matriculation programs.

I helped to guide Founders and Pedagogy Team through the development of a holistic college guidance and application program. I also led the development of protocols and materials for hiring and training college guidance coaches and supported existing staff in their work with students.

I project managed the development of a coaching program that helps high schoolers decide on a college major. I trained, managed, and supported coaches in working with students to achieve personal goals, and program objectives.

I oversaw the recruitment, performance, and retention of 600 interior design independent contractors. I developed scalable training and hiring strategy, implemented culture initiatives, and led the company through creation of organizational values and annual reviews.

I was responsible for finding highly capable interior designers and onboarding them onto the Homepolish team.

I designed workshops and facilitated a 5 week employment training program, coaching young adults in how to overcome barriers to success in the workforce. I also prepared students for the NRF Customer Service and Sales certification.

I recruited high achieving college students to act as mentors in inspiring local high school youth to attend college, as well as created and led workshops for the mentor-mentees.
