Responsible for performing Quality Control to the Software product and trying to find a great amount of flaws before the software is installed into the Production environment.Build a testing plan; design testing cases, executing and documenting tests; reporting and tracking found incidents, all while using the appropriate tools in accordance of work standards.

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day basis of the branch office• Participate in the strategy implementations to achieve the measurements goals for services, branch budget , and operational efficiency• Support for sales, operations, and customer service• Assist the manager in the management for overdraft accounts of commercial and individuals• Support in the preparations of CTRs, referrals to SAR's for all BSA assessments• Realize performance evaluations to all supervised people• Responsible in ensuring that the branch meets the requirements of credit loans to individuals and promissory notes• Responsible for achieving branch requirements for platform referrals and operation areas• Support for the completion of the SOX quarterly certifications on time• Provide coaching and mentoring.
