- Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in financing and sales processes- Managing revenue by maximizing sales for finance, insurances and extended warranties- Recruit, train, and mentor dealership staff to optimize performance, improve customer interactions, and enhance overall team productivity

- Assisting in leading a hangar relocation project (expansion of GTAA Terminal 3)- Processing fulfillment of parts and components to stations worldwide (AOG requirements, stock replenishment, optimizing allocations)- Performing audits of valuable inventory to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and Airworthiness Regulations

- Leading inbound shipment activities while also assisting in outbound activities- Receiving, stocking, inventory control and dock organization- Encouraging safe work and efficiency

- Cultivating relationships with new customers (walk-in/online) - Strategic negotiations with clients to close deals and increase sales (financing, leasing, interest rates, credit qualification)- Maintaining competitive level of sales

- Optimization of physical inventory organization - Monitoring sales levels using ERA (Reynolds & Reynolds)- Month end reconciliations to track department performance- Assisting customers (in-person/phone) in need of automotive parts/components

- Responsible for picking up and delivering parts to many customers around the GTA- Responsible for making daily company bank deposits- Ensuring safety and appropriate handling of parts and components

- Monitoring pool environment for any hazards, safety concerns, and supervising swimming activities (recreational/classes)- Administering swimming instruction (water safety and swimming skills) to patrons 3-15 years of age
