As a Head of Project Management unit I was responsible for leading and developing the program and project manager teams and project management methods in Kesko IT. In addition to leading programs in our portfolio, our PMO is a center of IT operating model and process development. Managing projects and developing harmonized processes in supply chain management area (demand planning & control and demand fulfillment).Projects:*Demand control: Project manager in a project designing and implementing processes and tools for balancing and controlling the customer demand and short term product availability in supply chain. *Order-to-Cash project: Stream lead managing the Order execution process team. Designed, documented and implemented a harmonized order fullfilment process with system improvements for factories in Europe, Asia, South America and North America.

As a managing consultant had tree main responsibility areas: project management, consultancy and business development. Was working in project roles like project manager, process consultant and process development manager.1) As a project manager took full responsibility of the delivery quality, schedule and profitability of the projects as well as performance and development of the project team members. 2) In the role of consultant helped customers in developing their business via better operating model and business processes. The work included e.g. clarifying the strategy, planning the implementation of the strategy, designing new standard concepts or processes and executing the transformation. 3) In the Accenture business development role identified sales leads, was tailoring consulting services according to customer needs, led proposal projects and prepared sales documentation.Example projects:*Order-to-cash process model development and implementation program (incl. ERP implementations): In the consultant role (process development coordinator) managed process changes globally and was part of the global program management team. *Business development and management model improvement project for a humanitarian organization: I led the project that helped this humanitarian organization´s Finnish unit to create a new business strategy and operative processes for their new locations in Finland. * Strategy implementation and business model design project (metals industry): Consultant and project manager role in the project that identified operating model changes needed for implementing a new strategy. Processes in scope were sales, planning, order management and delivery processes. *Process and SAP system solution improvement project: Project manager and global concept owner role.

Worked in project roles of concept owner and project manager in global process and system change projects. As a concept owner the main responsibility was to create new concepts and solutions for the gaps found in a global process harmonization initiative. Tasks included also testing the solution and training the new processes to responsible persons.

Worked as a functional system and process specialist in a global process and SAP system implementation program. Was responsible for the finance & accounting + controlling processes.

As a functional system specialist was serving both purchasing and sales departments in their system functionality related issues. The work included the support of system processes, analysis of the system improvement needs and implementation of changes.
