I am a Human Resources Business Partner who specialises in providing high quality HR advice and support to senior management and leadership teams as a valued and trusted advisor. I am also passionate about driving employee engagement, creating a high performing workplace culture, maintaining health and wellbeing, embracing diversity and inclusion, and ensuring employees have the appropriate knowledge, skills and support.Over the last decade I have led the development and delivery of best practice end-to-end HR plans, policies, services and solutions to ensure the achievement of strategic outcomes, particularly during periods of extensive organisational change and other uncertain times.
