In the role of Sales Assistant, I was responsible for customer service, order processing, sales reporting, and maintaining and updating price lists. I also provided general support to the sales department to ensure smooth operations.I worked closely with the sales team to ensure efficient customer service, handled problem-solving effectively, and managed tasks within tight deadlines, even in complex situations. Additionally, I served as the main point of contact for an external marketing agency, collaborating to create sales materials for our field sales team.

As a Customer Service Adviser, I assisted clients with a variety of banking services, including account management, transactions, and financial inquiries. My role involved providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining strong client relationships.The working period was only two months, as I then left for Brazil.

My responsibilities included managing customer orders, contacts, and daily order routines, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating sales and production. I was also responsible for handling, tracking, and managing customer and factory transportation orders on a daily basis.I completed my second internship related to my university studies as a temporary export secretary, immediately after returning to Finland from Spain (exchange studies).
