For Production: - Check & Update the BOM of all the product into the system, send the quotation to the customer. Also Provide the spectification of the material such as Drawing, Ingredient chemistry, Certification Test. - Prepare the Production Plan for Short/Long Term. Follow and Assist Production Team reach the target on time and negate breakline. - Line Balance, Change / Regroup sewing area. - Check & Update Workers / Line / Workshop Performance and Report to Founder's Company - Create the packaging standard for the product and Guide the worker follow the instruction.
