Rick has extensive experience managing the team, requirements and developing world-class technology that is currently in use for persistent, massively multi-player on-line worlds. The Mantrid Simulation Platform is the culmination of a 4 year development cycle and is an unconstrained, discrete, distributed event simulator with a full client, simulation, server and database solution. This system was hardened and proven in a production environment, and has been in live operations for over 10 years. Prior to his work in the simulation and entertainment industry, Rick performed software engineering for the telecommunications industry. He led the development of large-scale software systems for maintaining and managing the infrastructure and operations of telecommunications networks.
