Operations Manager
CurrentServing in a dual role for the Nuclear Innovation Alliance and Nuclear Innovation Bootcamp, with a focus on planning, program implementation, and operations.• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams• Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals• Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards• Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made• Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process• Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations• Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization• Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues• Planning event logistic details and aspects, including travel, seating, dining and guests• Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time• Budget creating and implementation• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of events• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
