Most recently heading up HR with UK retail recruitment leaders Retail Human Resources and Fashion & Retail Personnel, highlights included gaining Investors in People status, winning a place on the Times Top 100 best companies list, supporting a team of managers to deliver successful sales teams with unrivalled retention rates within the industry and delivering creative and impactful training and development programmes. I have also worked with the Arcadia Group where, as Regional HR Manager, I was responsible for 80 stores and worked with a team of Area Managers to ensure full ER legal compliance, supported a period of huge change within the business and delivered a people strategy which underpinned the commercial goals of the business.
