Palm Beach County, Court Administration West Palm Beach, Florida Position: Chief Technology Officer 15th Judicial Circuit 1990-1999As Chief Technology Officer, I was responsible for spearheading the design, purchase and implementation of the computer system for the then considered new Court House in West Palm Beach. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Palm Beach County Judiciary and 5 Courthouses of Palm Beach County. In addition, I managed over 500 users, 5 Courthouses to include the 50 Judges of Palm Beach County, 17 Departments that includes Jury Management, Mediation, Civil, Criminal, Juvenile, Circuit and County Divisions of the Judiciary. I was the CJIS/IT Liason for the Judiciary of Palm Beach County, ISS (Technical Department). In addition, I was on the Florida Judicial College faculty appointed by the current Chief Judge Kathleen Kroll.While supporting the judiciary, I was responsible for having designed, purchased, install and maintain a complex Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, Linux based network for 9 years.My day-to-day operations include managing IT staff and maintaining a Unix, Novell, Microsoft operating systems for over 400 users to include 50 Judges. Represented the Chief Judge and Court Administrator for CJIS, Banner System, Executive Network Technology Committee.
