This was my 3rd summer coaching with this team.• Worked with 25 swimmers, ages ranging from 4 – 11, at a variety of skill levels• Helped swimmers set and reach personal goals, provided one-on-one feedback, completed progress reports and improved struggling relationships with swimmers, parents, and club council

• Worked 12 hour days everyday for 1.5 years, interacting with between 20-50 people each day, providing service in in the communities, and completing tasks given by local leadership• Trained new volunteer representatives for 6-12 weeks, did this 5 times • Worked to train, support, and encourage teams of 10-14 volunteer representatives in assigned area• Met and worked with people of a variety of cultures, backgrounds, and life circumstances
