I have over fifteen years of experience as a certified facilitator, coach, author, and speaker, helping people leaders and teams navigate change, develop leadership skills, and achieve excellence. Previously, I was the Vice President and Program Manager of Global Operational Excellence at T. Rowe Price, a leading investment management firm, where I enabled key leaders to prioritize, pivot, and support the most important strategic initiatives across the enterprise. I created a single view of change and change saturation, and developed a model to visualize and moderate the pace of change. I also fostered a culture of collaboration, safety, and belonging among the stakeholders and teams I worked with. I am proficient in listening, questioning, and facilitating, and I use my vision, strategy, and pragmatism to drive focus and motivate others. I am also an early tech adopter and a tech savvy PMO leader, who leverages social networking, creative direction, and manufacturing process improvement to enhance my work.
