My role was to help companies identify and analyze the potential of Process Automation in their digital journey. In addition to new business acquisition I was heading Finland Sales activities and had a seat in country Management Team.

Responsible for sales quotas and customer milestone targets. In addition Visa had a role to evangelize and win the enterprise architecture decisions. Visa exceeded his targets 200%.

Promotion of Finnish investment opportunities to foreign multinationals in High Tech and ICT sectors. Special focus to North America where Visa built relationships with over 200 companies. Other markets & customers included Chinese and Asian internet companies and mobile gaming companies globally. Visa’s strong sales performance resulted in hundreds of created new jobs, major capital investments and strategic R&D cooperation projects.

Customer engagement and go-to-market development and operations. Heading Nokia Maps (later Here) GTM and also other mobile/internet services.

At Accenture Communications and High-Tech Unit Visa served various Finnish customers. The assignments were ranging from global system implementation programs to smaller business process development projects. Visa also managed own projects from start to finish.
