Specialised in cost estimates at all stages (RIBA plan of works) inclusive of preparing Order of Cost Estimate, procurement advice, tendering, the appointment of contractors, forming a contract document, and valuation of completed works.

As a Quantity Surveyor , I have been involved in an iconic project 'Tuas Terminal Phase 2' (Finger 3)Project Value: 1.5 Billion. The project includes the dredging of Tuas basin, construction of wharf structures (9.1 kilometers of caisson walls), and reclamation of 387 hectares of land.I have been involved in Post Contract duties (Design & Build Project), I was responsible to manage sub-contractors including estimating the works package and prepared pricing documents and issues for pricing. Also, analysed tender results (sub-contracting packages) and recommend to the managers including drafting the subcontracts document.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, involved in the construction of 2 Blocks of 19 Storey Residential buildings (Total-285 Dwelling Units) & a Multi-Storey Carpark with a Basement of the Housing Development Board in Singapore.Prepared Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) in line with the income as per the company’s standard procedure. Evaluated sub-contractor's quotations and awarded contracts in a timely. Also, liaise with the project team for commercial matters and tracked/ forecasted the expenditures.
