Looking world from tax consultancy perspective once again to pursue my passion for sharing insights with wider audiences. Currently, I am supporting you and others with M&A deals and other taxation matters at PricewaterhouseCoopers — i.e. breaking more or less complex issues aiming to put them together in understandable format for decision-making. Previously, I took care of taxes and structures at Terveystalo Plc as Tax Director/Head of Tax for almost four years focusing on in-house tax advisory and business support, structuring and integration planning, tax policy monitoring as well as development of tax processes. Prior to that I advised companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring and international taxation for nearly six and half years at EY.I have an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from the University of Vaasa in the field of business law (taxation). I am eager in developing and challenging myself professionally and expanding my knowledge on taxation. Consequently, I am writing my doctoral thesis on EU tax law and corporate exit taxation besides my daily work; referee articles have been published both in Finnish and international tax and legal journals.In my leisure time I am a sailor, love running and skiing, able to stay up on a sailboard, occasional geocacher and tour skater. Various volunteer positions and commissions of trust are neither stranger to me.
