Hello, my name is Visal (pronounced vish-all) and I’m a proud alum of Rutgers Business School. In my time there, my passions aligned most with the Marketing program which enabled me to apply my creativity to navigate complex and nuanced business challenges.In any context, I thrive on teams that share my unwavering love of learning, and my commitment to foster environments where EVERYONE can flourish. This mindset is rooted in my experiences as an often misunderstood neurodiverse student and first-generation immigrant, who is now discovering their full potential as a young professional. With a smile, I embrace the gamut of experiences that continue to shape my unique perspective, and teach me how to deliver meaningful impact in any environment. Both individually and in a team, I approach challenges as opportunities and not barriers to uncovering true potential as we pursue our goals.I deeply believe curiosity, empathy, and servant leadership are key catalysts in delivering the most impactful work in this pursuit. In my current roles, I am incredibly grateful to consistently experience these values, and am excited to start my post-grad journey in Minnesota. In my full-time role, I’m 2 years into my Product Management career on the Price Experience team at the Best Buy HQ. And in my part-time production roles, I have been fortunate to work on an extremely diverse set of projects and teams over the past 6 years. I am also a proud co-founder of a brand management consultancy that has served a wide variety of clients for over 3 years. Our core competency is delivering scaleable "bite-sized" solutions that meet every client where they are at. Behind the fun name is an inside-joke-gone-good and a strong partnership of two childhood best friends.
