TheBoxes have been created by 3 young talented co-founders who passionate on facility SMEs in Cambodia while also focus on sustainable. Recent year Cambodian government has released the double number of increasing of SMEs in Cambodia both offline and online. TheBoxes has seen the great opportunity and also the perfect time to contribute to the economy of the country. We are a young startup was established in 2021. We have a clear plan and vision to become the most successful tech startup in Cambodia and in the packaging industry.

During my time at KOC, I made impactful contributions that enhanced both team performance and company success through the following initiatives:Khmer New Year 2024 Campaign:- Developed a full proposal and action plan for the campaign.- Generated ideas for the marketing strategy and promotional activities.- Curated product selections for campaign promotions.- Directed video shoots and created content for social media marketing.Internal Mobile Application:- Proposed and spearheaded the development of an internal mobile application to enhance team productivity.- Mapped out workflows and requirements to ensure the application was practical and user-friendly.- Visualized and analyzed data to generate actionable insights for the management team, tailored to the needs of sales and value chain managers.- Led the full development of the application, from front-end design to data analytics.Market Research: Conducted research on potential new products to support business growth.Marketing Design: Designed promotional posters and managed photography and videography for marketing purposes.Procurement Support: Assisted the procurement team with sourcing packaging materials.Company Representation: Represented the company at industry events and conferences.

At Entree Baitang, I have had one of the important responsible of the business. I implemented all marketing campaigns both strategy and action. We are not only promote our products our audiences and partners but we also instruction many useful agriculture content to all farm in Cambodia. Last but not least, Entree Baitang also collaborate with other partners, organization, universities, schools... to support both physical and mental capacity.
